![]() ![]() These beds are under study for their role in the destructive and fatal 2001 Yaggy/Hutchinson natural gas storage leak. Three-finger dolomite is an approximate 20 foot zone containing three relatively thin dolomite beds, informally named in south-central Kansas. One outcrop is in the bank of the Chikaskia River south of Milan, Kansas, where it consists of three beds of dolomite separated by shale, all with green flecks of malachite. Its appearance is typically a succession of discontinuous, thin carbonate beds. Milan Limestone is the marker bed for the top of the upper Wellington, but it is not always present, its absence visibly obscuring the contact with the overlying Ninnescah Shale. The upper Wellington consists primarily of interbedded cycles of gray anhydritic mudrock and red mudrock, but includes limited beds of discontinuous limestone and dolomite. Like the salt, each is not always recognizably present. Some limestone beds, typically dolomite, are observed within these upper and lower shale divisions, variously ranked as members, and the otherwise unnamed adjoining shales may be classified with the named limestones. However, these informally named divisions are based only upon the position of the Hutchinson Salt Member in the general middle of the formation, which is usually but not always present. ![]() Broadly, the Wellington shales are divided into an upper Wellington shale member and a lower Wellington shale member. The Wellington is not particularly rigorously divided into subunits as few easily identifiable features are consistent other than the dark shale but certain subdivisions are recognized. Not only is it easier to take it with you when visiting friends or traveling, but it’s also more compact, opening up storage possibilities. A very portable fire pit can come in handy. Some can be fairly heavy, meaning once you’ve set your fire pit down, you’ll want to leave it there. If you think you might ever move your fire pit, pay close attention to the weight. If you want everyone seated around it to have a great view, look for one that allows you to see the fire from all sides. As beautiful as some fire pits are, they don’t provide 360-degree visibility of the fire.Check assembly instructions before making a purchase. You should be able to put it together fairly quickly, though. With a fire pit purchase, at least a little assembly is necessary. If not, check for a compatible grate you can purchase separately. If you plan to cook on your fire pit, make sure it comes with a grate to facilitate it.You definitely don’t want your fire pit tipping over while it’s in use. A lower profile with shorter legs promotes sturdiness. Fire pits typically sit close to the ground for a reason. When a fire is burning, make sure kids are supervised at all times. Even with safety features, fire pits can be dangerous.Rinse the bowl with water and let it rest for at least 48 hours. Occasionally, take the time to clean your fire pit.If your fire pit comes with a cover, make sure it’s thick and durable enough to protect your fire pit. If not, you’ll need to remember to remove the water every time it rains. Also, look to make sure your fire pit has drainage holes. A cover can help keep your fire pit dry and reduce the risk of rusting. If your fire pit stays in an uncovered area of your yard, consider the weather conditions it will be forced to withstand. If you have to purchase this separately, you can fairly easily, but you should consider that while you’re comparing prices. It can also help to have a poker for stoking the flames throughout the evening. You’ll want to make sure the bowl is deep enough for the amount of firewood you’ll be using. The design of the fire pit itself is important to consider when you’re choosing between various models. Some grills even come with the cooking grate and instructions on getting started. Choose one with the right build and you can buy a grate that lets you cook items like steaks, chicken breasts and even potatoes and fresh corn. Traditional campfire treats aren’t the only thing you can make on a fire pit. Keep that in mind before you start cooking. You may find yourself scraping marshmallow residue off the bowl after it’s cooled, in other words. Unlike old-fashioned fire pits, a metal one won’t handle drippings well. One is whether you actually want to cook on it. There are many benefits to gathering around a fire, whether you’re sharing stories or roasting s’mores.īut when buying a fire pit, there are a few things to consider. But fire pits aren’t just good for keeping you warm. For centuries, fire has provided warmth on chilly nights. Cold weather doesn’t have to get in the way of enjoying the great outdoors. ![]() ![]() ![]() Residentialīon Homme Yankton Electric Association Residentialīrownsville Public Utilities Board Residentialīutler County Rural Electric Cooperative ResidentialĬalhoun County Electric Cooperative Assn.Ĭallaway Electric Cooperative ResidentialĬanadian Valley Electric Cooperative ResidentialĬaney Valley Electric Coop Association ResidentialĬass County Electric Cooperative ResidentialĬentral Alabama Electric Cooperative ResidentialĬentral Electric Cooperative OR ResidentialĬentral Georgia Electric Member Corp ResidentialĬentral Wisconsin Electric Cooperative - ResidentialĬhariton Valley Electric Co-op ResidentialĬherryland Electric Cooperative - ResidentialĬhoctawhatchee Electric Cooperative ResidentialĬhoptank Electric Cooperative ResidentialĬimarron Electric Cooperative ResidentialĬlarke Electric Cooperative, Inc. ![]() ![]() With that said, the detail that has been put behind each construction and research options, in their own descriptions, is really staggering. These two not only give the player some sense of purpose, especially to those who tend to get lost in these kinds of games that can go on for dozens of hours, but it also provides some sort of narrative which is partially unique to the empire you’re playing as. Very much unlike the original game, but more in the veins of Endless Legend, Endless Space 2 features a quest and event system. Usually, story and narrative aren’t the strongest suit of a strategy game but, like other games in the Endless series, Endless Space 2 world building manages to be superb and it’s one of the main reasons why I find the game to be so compelling. There is a vast range of possible ways that you can use to achieve one of these victory conditions, especially when you take into account the different playstyles that each different empire can develop, thus providing a suitable experience for people with different playstyles. These range from simple conquest of enemy homeworlds to building wonders or becoming an economic powerhouse. The game consists of you, playing as one of the eight different empires, trying to become the dominant one in the galaxy by emerging victorious through one of the six different victory conditions. The game improves on pretty much every single aspect of the original, adding not only a lot more depth to it but also by adding a lot more variety. Like its predecessor, and very much like its brother Endless Legend, Endless Space 2 is a turn-based 4X strategy game with a strong sci-fi theme to it. ![]() The game has officially launched on Steam on the 19th of May, after being on Steam’s Early Access program since early October in 2016. Endless Space 2 is the latest game by Amplitude Studios, the team behind the famous Endless series, all games which I thoroughly enjoyed despite its flaws. ![]() ![]() Chat (Monthly price ranges from free to $70/mo).Guide (Monthly price ranges from free to $34/mo).Support (Monthly price ranges from $9/mo-$199 per month paid annually).Suite (Monthly price ranges from $109-$179).Yet, they’ve split those into 9 different categories. So, how do you organize this? Here’s my feeble attempt to boil it down. The price seems to be $150/mo per user when paid annually. The “Sunshine” seems to be a bundles the sales products and hopes to be a competitor of Salesforce. Then, some products unbundled cost more than the bundle. There are several items that limited, but start out free. Going through the pricing of Zendesk is bit of a needle in a haystack, and you don’t know what the needle looks like. Support is still the flagship and the first tool they offer on the pricing page. But based on price - Gist takes this category.įiguring out how to review and compare pricing is a difficult process.Īnd with Zendesk, just trying to look through and compare their different offers can be a bit daunting.Įssentially, they’re a support software company and more recently ventured into the sales side of things. With Zendesk’s channels and Gist’s workflow tool, it’s tough. Gist’s “Growth” plan starts at $24.99/mo, gets you up to 1000 contacts and includes everything in the Free plan. Well, for “Connect” the price starts at $153/mo for 2000 contacts and goes up from there based on the number of contacts. So, they take a bit of an advantage with the number of channels and Gist takes a bit back with Workflows. Zendesk doesn’t offer a visual workflow tool, at the moment and their tool looks a bit like a old school form (aka a bit clunky). ![]() We also now have visual workflows to see exactly when and how your site visitors and list are going to be contacted. You can trigger a large number of events to happen based on events and actions that you set.Ī customer visits a certain page, you can apply a tag that starts an email sequence or alerts your reps to reach out. Gist offers marketing automation as well (albeit without SMS and notifications, but we’re working on it). There are multiple available channels to include in automations like notifications (both on site and on phones), SMS and via web hooks. Their automation is more than email, which is cool. While Zendesk doesn’t offer the ability to send emails to a list, they do offer the ability to create emails that can be sent via automations.Īutomatically triggering an email when a support ticket is closed is an example. But really the tools are too similar to call a winner here. If you want to price in the $50+/mo for the bot instead of using your reps, Zendesk Guide could work. Since it’s not a tool that you can have with the knowledge base pricing, it’s not getting as much weight in this review. It’s a separate fee starting at $50/mo, based on how often it’s used. It’s a really cool feature, but it’s not included in their regular Zendesk Guide plans. It’s an intuitive bot tool that can pickup on key phrases and suggest knowledge base content from your existing set of articles. There is one difference, which could be considered an advantage for Zendesk, and it’s called “Answer Bot”. Instantly create a searchable database of articles that can be used by both customers and reps.Have the ability to add rich media, like images and videos.Allow users to quickly create articles with an easy editor.Gist’s Knowledge Base and Zendesk’s “Guide” are very similar in nature (to be honest most KB products are a lot alike). Very similar chat tools, but pricing based just on chat shows that the value of Gist’s all-in-one pricing shines through. (Gist’s additional users on the $29/mo plan are $15/mo per seat.) Winner: Gist To get the same level of chat capabilities with Zendesk (NOT all of that other stuff), it’s $29 per agent per month. Not to mention everything included in the Free plan. But with our $9/mo per userplan, you get unlimited chats, prompts the use of our meetings tool, our help desk, and knowledge base. The way pricing works on Zendesk is a jungle (more on that in the pricing section). While you can customize your avatars and aesthetics with Gist’s live chat, Zendesk allows users the ability to create a fully-customized interface (coding definitely required). Now, Zendesk does have a bit of an edge in terms of design. ![]()
![]() ![]() This includes a few folks on Reddit that have been reporting this exact same thing since Monday as well:Īnyone else seeing this? I'm losing my mind here because we just get more and more reports with no end in sight. Microsoft doesn't seem to be acknowledging any issues, and many of us are just plain stuck with royally pissed off users. Uninstalling the June 2023 Windows cumulative update does not affect the issue, and having M365 Apps on Current Channel or Monthly Enterprise Channel makes no difference for the symptoms. (First thing I suspected since this and other security clients broke Chrome from opening correctly starting last week) The issue is reproducible when our EDR (Cisco Secure endpoint) is removed from a client. We've already employed all manners of usual fix attempts (new profiles, clearing caches, etc) to no avail. To better understand the issue and provide possible solution, we need more details from you, please kindly provide us the following information. * Outlook not syncing messages until 20-30 minutes after the mailbox receives them As per the description you have shared, we understand that you have a concern with missing 'Open hyperlinks from Outlook in:' option in Outlook. Shipt has offered its workers two weeks of paid time off only if they are diagnosed with COVID-19 or get a letter from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention or state health officials telling them to self-quarantine. The rapidly spreading disease has highlighted the precarious situation for gig workers, like the shoppers at Shipt and Instacart, who are classified as contractors and don’t receive employee benefits like guaranteed paid sick leave and the ability to apply for unemployment if fired. Workers at multiple Amazon warehouses have held strikes in the past week calling for facilities to be shut down and cleaned after workers tested positive for COVID-19, the disease caused by the novel coronavirus. Shoppers at Instacart walked off their jobs and refused to take orders Monday, demanding hazard pay and more inclusive paid sick leave policies. The change to Shipt’s pay structure comes amid rising scrutiny on delivery companies amid the coronavirus crisis. “We rely on their communication with us,” Solis said. Workers also say they were not alerted about any change to Shipt’s pay model. The company also says only between 1 percent and 1.5 percent of Shipt orders are canceled. “All of this came from an effort to automate the canceled order pay process and save our shoppers some time and allow them the opportunity to get back out there and continue shopping instead of having to sit on the phone with support to ensure that they were paid for a canceled order,” the spokesperson said. Previously, she said, the workers would have to call the company to get paid on a canceled order. The Shipt spokesperson said the company made the change to improve efficiency and save time for drivers. “The $5 minimum is simply not enough,” said Willy Solis, an organizer at The Shipt List who delivers in Dallas and San Antonio, Texas. Grocery delivery companies like Shipt have seen a spike in business during the coronavirus pandemic, which has provided workers with new opportunities to make money but has also put them at greater risk of contracting the novel coronavirus.ĭrivers say $5 for a canceled order still amounts to a significant pay cut, especially given that risk. The spokesperson acknowledged, however, that the change meant drivers would be paid less on average than previously for canceled orders. She also said the company will pay drivers $5 if they were previously paid a smaller amount for a canceled order. The Shipt spokesperson told The Hill that the low fees were an error and that the company will now set a baseline payment of $5 dollars per canceled order. The Shipt List, a group of shoppers that work for the service across the country, told The Hill that over 70 people had reported similarly low payments. Now, some drivers say they’ve been paid as little as 29 cents for a canceled order. Workers said the fee was usually between $10 and $20 per order, depending on the size of the order and the distance traveled, among other variables. Previously, workers were paid a flat fee for canceled orders. They’d get paid more, for example, if they’d picked up the groceries and were on the way to their destination when the order was canceled than if the order was canceled before they’d arrived at the grocery store. Starting Wednesday, Shipt began paying workers on canceled orders based on how much work they had completed on delivering the order, a spokesperson confirmed to The Hill. Shipt, a grocery delivery company owned by Target, has cut the pay it gives workers if orders are canceled, prompting complaints from shoppers who make its deliveries. ![]() ![]() Layers seamlessly under bestselling Radiant Creamy Concealer for natural-looking, perfected coverage that instantly diminishes the look of undereye circles, dark spots, and hyperpigmentation. WHAT IT IS A color corrector that neutralizes the look of undereye circles, dark spots, and hyperpigmentation. "If your under-eye circles are very dark, or if breakouts and acne scars leave dark marks on your skin, this is the shade you want to use," says Dorman. Orange/Red : Cancels out deep blue tones and heavy shadows, particularly in those with darker skin tones.Yellow : Corrects reddish-purple marks and is best for those with medium or olive skin tones.Pink/Peach : Addresses blue tones and dark shadows, particularly in those with fair skin."If you had a mishap with a sunless tanner, this color could help correct that," adds Dorman. Lavender : Neutralizes sallowness and yellow tones.Green : Correct redness in the skin, making it especially useful for those dealing with acne, flushing, or inflammation.Simply determine the color of the concern you're looking to address (i.e., redness, brown spots, etc.), and choose the opposite color makeup product, which, as Dorman explains, "will bring your complexion back to a neutral palette before applying your foundation or concealer on top." For a simpler solution, we also put together this handy guide to help you determine the best color corrector for your skin's needs: As you might recall, colors that sit opposite each other on the color wheel cancel each other out, and the same premise applies to color correctors. ![]() The secret to their color correcting powers actually lies in the basic principles of color theory (aka the giant color wheel you learned about in elementary school). "Color correctors are like concealers, except they're offered in a range of colors to help balance discoloration in the skin." So while concealers help mask imperfections by matching your natural skin tone, color correctors neutralize or cancel out the color of a blemish, dark spot, or under eye shadow, thereby helping to reveal a more uniform complexion. The reason lies in their unique formulas, which, as celebrity makeup artist Jamie Dorman points out, are similar to concealers but with one key difference. So, what's the solution? It's all about investing in that little-known makeup essential known as the color corrector.Īlthough they may look intimidating at first glance, color correctors are the makeup artist-approved secret to nailing a more even complexion (seriously, they’ve been around for decades). Sure, you could opt for a full-coverage formula, but in our experience, these tend to settle into fine lines, only enhancing their appearance. No matter how many layers you apply, your dark circles and hyperpigmentation still seem to show through, making it look like you haven’t slept in over a week. ![]() Tell us if this sounds familiar: You dot your go-to concealer just below your eyes to get rid of any signs of dark shadows, only to find that it hasn't concealed much of anything. ![]() |
